Our Vision

Together, EN-RICH-MENT and Bluecoats have a vision for a future where this life-changing programming reaches more students than ever in a beautiful and permanent home.

1. Build Our Coalition

In September 2023, the Bluecoats and EN-RICH-MENT organizations completed a restructuring that affiliated the two nonprofit organizations, and built a spectrum of programming that expands access to music, arts, and life skills classes in Northeast Ohio. Altogether, these organizations are forming a coalition that:

  • forms a spectrum of performing arts and life skills programming that spans from a student’s first interaction with an instrument to performing on the world stage with the World Champion Bluecoats

  • builds an institutional and governance foundation for a stronger EN-RICH-MENT organization, and ensures succession planning for EN-RICH-MENT leadership

  • creates opportunities for program collaboration and resource sharing

ArtsinStark, the organization that owns the existing Ziegler Tire property, has become an important partner in our coalition. Bluecoats & EN-RICH-MENT will become resident organizations of the Cultural Center for the Arts campus.

2. Build Our Permanent Home

The life-changing program of EN-RICH-MENT requires a permanent, dedicated facility. Together, we’re building that future by expanding and renovating the existing Ziegler Tire building on the campus of the Cultural Center for the Arts.

Purpose Built for Arts Education

This new education facility will include dedicated classrooms and rehearsal space for EN-RICH-MENT’s music, fine arts, tutoring, and other programming. We’re including instrument storage, practice rooms, and even a sensory room for students with disabilities.

Investing In Infrastructure

This new home is more than just classroom space. The facility will finally create a suitable headquarters for the EN-RICH-MENT organization, including offices, conference room space, professional networkign and IT technology, and a beautiful community room avaialble for nonprofits in Canton.

Changing Lives Of Students

In the end, the goal of this campaign and this beautiful new building is to change the lives of the students who pass through EN-RICH-MENT. This bulding will greatly expand capacity and improve program outcomes for decades to come!
